S-4-104為用于eppendorf 5810R低溫高速離心機的高通量水平轉(zhuǎn)頭。S-4-104標準圓形吊籃可提供覆蓋1.5mL離心管到750mL離心瓶離心要求的13種轉(zhuǎn)頭適配器。配置方形工作板吊籃后，可實現(xiàn)2個圓形吊籃+2個工作板吊籃的的混搭組合工作模式。

詳細介紹
S-4-104為新型采用圓形吊籃設(shè)計的高通量水平轉(zhuǎn)頭，最大工作容量4×750mL，50mL錐形管容量高達28管，適用于eppendorf 5810R低溫高速離心機。
S-4-104標準圓形吊籃提供了13種轉(zhuǎn)頭適配器，覆蓋1.5mL微量離心管- 750mL大容量離心瓶應(yīng)用需求。
圓形吊籃底部外形與750mL平底離心瓶不匹配，需添加專用墊片5825744004方可安全運行。
S-4-104提供了Coring 500mL錐形離心瓶專用適配器5825745000，無需墊片可直接離心Corning PP材質(zhì)旋蓋離心瓶（431123）。但使用Falcon/Corning/Nunc等品牌的225mL、250mL錐形瓶時，除安裝250mL離心瓶適配器（5825741005）還須在平底添加制造商配套錐形瓶墊。
在50mL錐形離心管適配器中使用25mL錐形管時須同時添加相應(yīng)墊片。15mL錐形管適配器（5825734009）可分拆成上下兩部分。當使用5.0mL錐形管時，可去除適配器的上半部分后使用。
S-4-104 轉(zhuǎn)頭還可選配方形工作板吊籃（Plate bucket）。
工作中，可以購買S-4-104轉(zhuǎn)頭架、4個圓形吊籃及配套適配器、外加2個工作板吊籃，搭建離心管、離心瓶和微孔板平臺（1+4+2方案），也可以采用S-4-104轉(zhuǎn)頭架、2個圓形吊籃、2個工作板吊籃的（1+2+2）的混搭組合方式方案，增加轉(zhuǎn)頭使用操作的便利性。
可選氣密性 QuickLock 轉(zhuǎn)頭蓋，離心危險樣品時更安全。
吊籃、轉(zhuǎn)頭蓋和適配器可高溫高壓滅菌 (121℃，20分鐘)。
